Pricing Questions

  • What happens if I exceed the weight limit for the dumpster? Are there extra charges?

If the dumpster’s weight limit is exceeded due to non-compliance with the allowed contents, additional charges will be incurred. Normally, staying within the guidelines of what is permissible should prevent surpassing the weight limit. Landfill disposal fees are charged at $0.03 per pound for all dumpsters. In the event that the dumpster contains items that are not allowed, such as dirt and rocks, further charges will apply.

  • Is there a charge for delivery and pickup of the dumpster, or is it included in the rental price?

The cost for delivery and pickup of the dumpster is included in the rental price, so there are no separate charges for these services.

  • Do you require a minimum rental period, and how does this impact the cost?

No, we do not have a minimum rental period requirement, which means you can rent a dumpster for as short or as long as you need without any impact on the cost related to minimum duration.

  • If I need to keep the dumpster longer than expected, how will that affect my final bill?

If you require the dumpster for additional time beyond the originally planned rental period, there are two scenarios. If the dumpster needs to be emptied and then returned for further use, this will be treated as a new rental with corresponding charges. However, if you simply need to extend the rental period for a few more days without the need for emptying, there will be an added cost of $50 per extra day.

  • How transparent is the billing process, and can I receive an itemized bill?

Our billing process is designed to be clear and straightforward. You will receive an itemized bill that details the number of days the dumpster was rented, the size of the dumpster, and the weight of the contents when it was taken for disposal.

Policy Questions

  • How far in advance do I need to book a dumpster to ensure availability?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your dumpster rental at least 24 hours in advance. We do offer same-day rentals when possible, but for immediate service within 4 hours, an emergency upcharge will apply.

  • Do you offer emergency or same-day dumpster rental services?

Yes, we offer emergency or same-day dumpster rental services. In many instances, we’re able to deliver the dumpster within 4 hours, though this is subject to an additional $50.00 upcharge and may vary based on your specific location.

  • What is the process if I need to extend my dumpster rental period?

If you need to extend your dumpster rental period, simply give us a call or send a text. We’re here to assist you with the extension. Typically, there is an extra charge of $50 per additional day for extended rentals.

  • Are there specific times or days when dumpsters cannot be delivered or picked up?

No, our services are available around the clock. We offer dumpster delivery and pickup 24/7 to accommodate your schedule.

  • What is your policy on overfilled dumpsters or excess weight beyond the agreed limit?

Our policy strictly prohibits the transport of overfilled dumpsters, as it is unsafe, illegal, and against regulatory compliance to do so. To enforce this, we have a mandatory overload fee starting at $150 for any dumpster that exceeds the “water level” or top rail loading limit. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Additionally, landfill fees are applied at a rate of $0.03 per pound for all dumpsters. Should the dumpster contain items that are not permitted, extra charges will be incurred. It’s crucial to adhere to the weight restrictions and not to place prohibited materials like dirt and rocks into the dumpster to avoid these penalties.
